If the instrument, equipment or accessories you bought don't meet your expectations, that's no problem at all. With us you have the opportunity to exchange or return your goods within 33 days without giving any reasons. We will be happy to send you a return ticket. All you have to do is fill out our online form and submit it. Further information about cancellation, exchange and returns can be found in our terms and conditions .

To fill out the online form, you need your customer and document number. You can find this on your delivery note or in our confirmation emails to you. Please have these ready.
